Execution period System Installation: –90 Days from PO and Advance for System Installation.

Execution Period of MSEDCL Work:-

1. Require 60 to 85days Days time for MSEDCL Permission, Meter Testing, Agreement, Site Visit, Meter Installation.
2. Solar Unit Import/Export will effect on MSEDCL bill on Second or Third bill after Net meter installation.
3. As per rules MSEDCL unit carry time is 1st April to 31st March. (On 31st March account will be reset)
4. As Per New rules of MSEDCL Sanction Load Invertor Capacity must be Same
5. Maintenance will be provided as per customer requirement. (Non-Comprehensive 2% of Project cost per year) (3 Visits A Year with Proper Inspection Generation Reports of Solar System)
6. Consumer must clean the solar modules twice a month which will give a 7 to 10 % increase in efficiency. The best time to clean either at early morning or after sunset.

Payment terms:
1. 50 % Advance with confirmed Purchase Order.
2. 40 % Against Proforma invoice (Before Material Deliver on site)
3. 10 % on final commissioning (Before Net Meter Installation)
4. Load Enhancement: For becoming eligible for net metering of required capacity will be at extra cost. Order Cancellation: The Purchaser cannot cancel an order once placed since these are custom solutions or solutions specifically manufactured to the Purchaser’s specifications. Additional Load Charges  MSEDCL Net Meter Testing Should be Paid by Consumer only. Statutes and Codes: If during the contract period, the statues and codes change, resulting in financial implications to M/s.Spandan Electricals, then the Purchaser shall reimburse to M/s.Spandan Electricals, all the costs resulting due to the financial implications.
